International Staff Team Update

Some more staff changes to announce, this time restricted to the International version of OFM

Beginning with the welcome return of one ex-staff member and the appointment of four new 'trialists' who will be undertaking additional staff support duties alongside their normal forum moderator duties for a three month period.

We welcome LordBinky back to the fold as a Support staff member, as his experience in judging and support matters allows us to set him to work straight away - good to have you back, Ken !

We are also pleased to announce the appointment of Lacoste1986, sexcboi1990, Chris Greening and Reddevil96 to our new position of 'Trialist'. This new position was created to allow selected experienced forum moderators to get more involved in staff duties for a period of three months. Should their performances prove to be satisfactory, they will be appointed as full time staff at the end of their trial period.

This new position allows us to recognise the often unrewarded work of the Forum Moderator role, and encourages experienced managers to develop into fully-fledged staff members.
