[League Updates] Afghanistan, Balkans, Bulgaria, Colombia, Romania

Another selection of league updates have gone live today, including three brand new leagues.

Afghanistan, Colombia and a new Balkan super league all make their OFM debuts, whilst our popular Bulgarian and Romanian leagues have had a 2009/2010 makeover.

Note that the Balkan league is for the 2008/09 season line-ups : a 2009/2010 update is promised for the future.
